点评:Awful experience from start to finish!
Family of 3 with our friends another family of 4.
We visited in April 25 and had pre-booked tickets for 7.30pm.
Upon arrival there were long queues just to get through the initial ticket desk even though we had pre-booked tickets. It was obvious that there were hundreds of people purchasing tickets on the day.
Once we got through the ticket reception area we thought it would be a short queue for the lifts only to find what looked like an endless queue of people pushing and trying to jump the queue. Very hot with poor air con. Not a single member of staff in sight.
Numerous people were leaving the queue after waiting for approx 1 hour. We gave up after 1hour 30mins, as we were told by other people who were leaving that they had been waiting 2hours 30mins.
We emailed the Burj Khalifa and they responded by offering us to go back again before the end of April despite us telling them twice we were going home the following day. In the end they refused to provide any type of refund.
AWFUL! DONT DO IT!!!
