点评：Nice beach if you dont mind shingle. Water usually very cold and beach is shelving so need to take care if swimming. Elderly or those with disabilities could have difficulty getting out of the sea. Despite this the water can be very clear and the beach is usually relatively clean. The is a very expensive cafe on the beach but probably worth taking a picnic. National Trust car park is also expensive if you are not a member and the ticket machine causes confusion to a lot of visitors particularly the elderly.
Hilly walks can be made from the car park but again may not be suitable for the elderly or disabled. If its not busy disabled may get a space near the front but there are not many so this is not guaranteed. Toilets are only open when cafe is which is strange as they are located in a separate block. No public drinking water tap on site so take plenty on a hot day.
