点评：Very disappointing and overpriced experience. We were charged more than the price listed on the website, which we only checked afterward due to how underwhelming the visit was—just as other reviews had warned.
The enclosure is extremely small for what you pay, and most of the animals were asleep. You can be in and out within 20 minutes, having seen just four animals kept in small cages right next to each other.
Customer service was equally poor. While the front desk staff was polite, the owner was shockingly rude. When we offered polite, constructive feedback, she became defensive and lashed out, saying, “It’s my yard, I can do whatever I want!”—which made it clear she has little regard for visitor experience or feedback.
Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money. The lack of transparency, minimal offerings, and unacceptable attitude from management made this a place we definitely wouldn’t recommend or return to.
The whole experience was disappointing and a waste of our time and money plus the horrible customer service was a big damper to the already sad experience.
There are other much more fun places to visit around Golden - the enchanted forest was amazing and lots of other local businesses and farms were fun too.
