Nicci promised and amazing tour and deliver inferior wine tasting!!! Disappointing!!!

点评：We were so looking forward to this tour. I booked it late via viator and Nicci called me and told me that she will cancel it and we can book it directly through her. I have been very lucky that my whole life I was exposed to honest and decent people and did not think anything of it. One thing we looked forward to was a lunch with wine pairing. When Bill (an amazing guy) picked us up at the hotel, he told us our schedule. After our first wine tasing we were told that there will not be lunch with wine pairing and he will take us to another restaurant. So,,, we went to a mediocre restaurant and had a beer on our "wine tasting tour!!!"! According to Nicci, we booked the trip late and she could not organize a luncheon. We should have been told that before being picked up at the hotel.. Not when we are 90 minutes away, in different country and no way of getting back to the hotel. And, she promised to refund us for the wine tasting that they did not provide. And.. 2 months later there is no refund. One thing about Australia that we loved were its people... till we had to deal with Nicci !!! And, the only thing I can say is that I hope that Nicci always deals with people like herself!!!! (That's the only way she will understand what it means to travel far and to deal with people without integrity!!)
