点评：Wow, what an amazing woman Latifa is. She is the consummate professional and very good at what she does. We spent a day together with her looking round the market and visiting some local ladies to see them making Amazigh bread. Then we ate with Latifa in her family home. Hassan and Christine the mule were also warm, friendly and relatable. Latifa was very thoughtful and kind towards our children in a way that was nurturing and encouraging. She is a fantastic cook - I’m not exaggerating when I say that her lamb tagine was by far the best we have tasted here in Morocco. The local people show considerable resilience in the wake of Covid and also the 2023 earthquake. There is quite a lot of poverty in the area so it’s important to support local tourism. It’s good to know that the money we spent on this tour will stay exactly where it should - in the hands of locals people who live, work and grew up in the Amizmiz region. Thanks, we hope to see you again one day! 🫶
