Wild Horizons Elephant Sanctuary的点评
点评：We booked an elephant encounter here and it was great. The pick up was a little bit late but the experience was worth the wait. The guides explained what goes on at the sanctuary and that the elephants were wild and sometimes they left the sanctuary to go into the wild. There were three small groups of elephants and the interaction between each group and the visitors was once per day for a short period. We found our group eating bushes near a water hole and were allowed to approach and touch one of them while he ate. They were then led to a feeding area, stopping for a drink at the water hole, where we fed them with provided food. The guide explained they had different personalities and once the food was gone they would walk away and be wild elephants in their own space again. The guides took photos and a video which they edited while we ate breakfast.
