点评：A huge disappointment. Spa itself is ok but not wowwy. But my booking was completely messed up so I didn’t get the treatments I had booked. I had to wait hours for even the second rate treatments as they had no available slots . I was taken to a ground floor room instead of the spa rooms upstairs . A class was going on next door and there was thumping music throughout my treatments. The Swedish back message was good but then a second staff member came in to give me a terrible leg massage followed by a truly awful scalp massage - most of the time it felt like she was playing with my hair . Afterwards she didn’t take me to the rest room but suggested that I didn’t play with my grandchildren (I’m only 50) or cook my husband dinner for the rest of the day!
When I complained at the desk the woman raised her eye brows and said “you could tell the difference between the 2 staff members then ?” She clearly knew that the second staff member was poor at her job.

翻译：非常失望。水疗本身还行，但谈不上惊艳。我的预订完全搞砸了，所以我没能享受到我预订的疗程。即使是二流的疗程，我也等了好几个小时，因为他们已经没有空位了。我被带到了底楼的房间，而不是楼上的水疗室。隔壁正在上课，整个疗程期间都有震耳欲聋的音乐。瑞典式背部按摩还不错，但后来又来了一位工作人员，给我做了一次糟糕的腿部按摩，接着又做了一次非常糟糕的头皮按摩——大部分时间我都感觉她在玩我的头发。之后她没有带我去洗手间，反而建议我今天剩下的时间不要和我的孙子孙女玩（我才50岁），也不要给我丈夫做晚饭！
当我在前台抱怨时，那位女士扬了扬眉毛说：“这么说，你能分辨出这两个工作人员的区别了？” 她显然知道第二个工作人员的工作能力很差。
