点评：We visited as part of a Spa Day gift, where it was decribed and booked as a full day spa day with lunch.
The 'spa' is just a gym with a pool, sauna and steam room and some individual rooms where the carry out 'massages and treatments'.
The place is run down and all areas need updating. I would hate to be a member at this gym paying the prices adverised for their memberships. The gym is small and lacking many equipment and machines and not very inviting.
There is no where to relax as the pool is cramped and used by the public to have classes. You cannot bring any electronic devices or phones, so cannot read or browse and even if you did, the beds around the side are so cramped that they are facing the sides rather than the pool.
The massages were mediocre, not the adverised length and felt rushed. There is no 'experience' here but to be awkwardly trying to get to places at the same time the public are also using the gym/sauna/pool/cafe area.
Also there are no toilets in the massage place so if you need to go, you have to go to the ones near the reception in your robe and half dressed. Not very well thought out.
Very basic food choices which you have to preorder, but this was pointless as the food was not ready at our allotes time and we had to wait a further 30mins for it to arrive. Confusing and frustrating.
The main issue which ruined the day was being refused a massage treatment for something placed on the prebooking form, even though it had no bearing or effect to what was wanted from the massage. This part probably needs a whole review itself with how bad it was handled and how inflexible the staff were.
