Bannatyne Health Club & Spa - Peterborough的点评
点评：The deal purchased was a "Spa day for two" but it was more like a nightmare.
Hidden extra costs for towels. Dangerous wet floors that caused a accident and then held up the start of our experience. Loud music taking over the pool, and classes taking most of the space.
The Steam room had sharp tiles with loose grouting. And back mould in the grouting. The Hot tubs only one was working and had stones of some kind in (clearly not cleaned)
Finally got to the "Relaxation room" to find a limescale covered tap was the extent of the "refreshments"
I will say the Massage and body scrubs themselves were lovely and the beauty therapists were fantastic. Its such a shame they work somewhere with such low standards for cleanliness.
This was definitely not a Relaxing Spa Day.
Even the lunch was let down with missing menus items and failed to ask which type of tea.
