More just a swimming pool than a spa day

点评：I was treated to a spa day as chose this spa.
First impressions not great due to the brunette lady on reception. Very put out when she asked if we’d been before and we said no. She actually had to talk to us and show us things! We were under the impression that using the spa robe and towel cost £10 each which you got refunded when you returned them. But no it’s an actual £20 cost and you only get £10 back upon their return. Never known that at a spa before.
The main relaxation area is pretty much just the pool. There’s a small steam room and sauna. And a couple of jacuzzi tubs which were nice. One steam room was broken on our visit. There doesn’t seem to be anything to make this place feel luxurious or relaxing. It just felt like a normal swimming pool.
The spa treatment area was pleasant and the girls in that department were very nice. Treatments were on time and relaxing. We liked the fact we could have our treatments done together in the same room.
Wouldn’t recommend this for a spa day. Not relaxing enough for us.

水疗护理区很舒适，那里的工作人员也很友善。护理项目准时进行，而且很放松。我们很喜欢可以一起在同一个房间里做护理。
不推荐这里作为水疗日。对我们来说不够放松。
