点评：Having read the reviews, I was sceptical about what to expect.
We came today 26th July, me and my partner for some spa treatments. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady on reception, she gave us two locker bands which were £4 for both refundable at the end of the visit. She also explained where to get changed, and what was on offer in the cafe.
Changing rooms were lovely and spacious, all facilities were kept clean. Easy to use the lockers.
Our treatments were upstairs, again met by lovely ladies who explained what treatments we were having and if we had any allergies etc.
We both had our treatments in the same room, both ladies were lovely and attentive. Enjoyed all of our treatments, we had a back massage, head scalp and foot massage.
Once finished we resorted to the pool, yes it's a little small. Loungers are few and spaced close together. Was alot of people about while we were there, so we only used the sauna and steam room.
Yes it's not your typical spa day, but for the time we were there we had a lovely time.

我们俩在同一间房间里接受护理，两位女士都非常亲切且细心。我们很享受整个护理过程：背部按摩、头部头皮按摩以及足部按摩。
护理结束后我们便去泳池边放松。没错，泳池确实有点小；躺椅数量不多且摆放得比较密集。我们在那儿的时候人挺多的，因此我们只使用了桑拿房和蒸汽室。是的，这并非典型的水疗日，但在我们在那里的这段时间里，我们度过了一段愉快的时光。
