Kilimanjaro and safari with teenage boys

点评：We had an unforgettable experience on Kilimanjaro, we felt so privileged to be on the mountain. Patrick, Emmanuel and the team looked after us so well we always felt safe and welcome. Our boys especially will be very old men and will still talk about their time in Tanzania and the challenges they dealt with. Positive feedback was extensive and ranged from Patrick's calm yet in control demeanour at all times, Emmanuel's incredible knowledge of the flora and fauna and the care they both took of us to ensure we were health and safe. The joy that Kelvin brought us each day waking us with a bowl of hot water and how kind he was serving us food and making sure we had water. Jamal meeting us each afternoon to help carry our bags to camp was also a joy, we knew we were done for the day and our tents and dinner were waiting - such a treat. We wouldn't have wanted to be part of any other trekking company; we really were so proud of ourselves that we had researched and chosen the best one to begin with :)
The safari was also memorable, Nelly became part of our little family for the time we were with him and we were touched at the effort that he made to engage with the boys and to keep them enthralled with the safari. Nelly also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had the best experience we possibly could.
Lastly Raine who helped us plan our trip of a lifetime, answering so many emails we sent back and forth with patience and efficiency. Raine even went out of her way to meet us in Perth in person to discuss our trip.
Thank you to the entire Trekking Hero team, the best in the business.
