Delta One International is NOT First Class

点评：We have flown Delta from NYC to Nice, France on 2 other occasions. They are the only flight directly into Nice which is only 20 minutes from our final destination. My experience with 'Delta One' to Paris a year prior was less than stellar. We had always had easy access to Delta's lounge for First Class and Business Class passengers.Last year we had to wait on a long, long line to get in. The seats and area on the plane were at best average business class accommodations.
This trip I considered flying another airline into Milan then driving 3+back towards Nice so we could fly First Class in greater comfort for our as we aren't getting any younger and thankfully are able to fly this class of service. We decided that it's only 9 hours our of our lives and went with Delta One. The service on the plane was fine but the seats and 'legroom and foot-space while lying down could have been better. Lastly, our Sky Priority / Delta One bags were the last to arrive at baggage claim.
My final note is that the new Delta One Lounge at JFK is pretty darn good and a huge improvement over years last.
