Great staff led by Julen, a great surfer and local character that's going to make you feel like one of theirs. They're very good with kids and teens and my kids grew both in confidence and autonomy and surfing skills.
Bakio is one of the most legendary and traditional spots in the basque country. That's to say a lot when you think about the amount of incredible places to surf there. No bad vibes in the water, just surfing at its best.
If your board gets damaged you can even leave it in the shop and Julen will take care of it with the help of a shaper from the area.
Definitely the place to visit if you want to meet and understand the local surf culture of Bakio and even of Mundaka, a legendary spot that Julen has surfed a lot of times.
