Lovely family experience with some minor niggles.

点评：Good, but could be great!
Have never been before and genuinely had a lovely time with my 3 year old and baby today. Had seen photos of the fruit undercover, however it was an open field with no shade, so bear that in mind with the sun and UV. I abandoned my pram very quickly because it was loose, bumpy terrain and opted for a baby carrier instead. This enabled us to walk between the aisles more easily.
On arrival, my son was desperate for the loo and despite pre-booking & having my QR code ready, there was a queue on arrival. You can't access the loos until you have gone through the entrance which is a little irritating when you're a lone parent with two children and one is potty training.
After my son had finished selecting and picking his favourite strawberries we paid, someone washed them for us, and we made a bee line for the picnic benches. I had asked inside if they had decaf and was told no, so didn't purchase a drink. This surprised me as there are signs up to say you can't bring in food & drink, but then they can't cater for pregnant or breast feeding mothers who have to limit caffeine.
My son had a great time on the tractor, tractor bouncy castle and tunnel etc. and it was helpful to have the cover up over some of the picnic benches for my baby. We did end up leaving as unfortunately my son was injured on the bouncy castle.
Overall it was a lovely thing to do together, and I would come again but some recommendations would be decaf options, clarity on whether fields are covered, allowances for children who are desperate for the toilet & restocking of the toilet facilities more regularly. Perhaps a member of staff could be utilised to supervise the bouncy castles particularly if there's a large variance in the age of the children.
