Kanyaka Ruins & Cemetery的点评
点评：I visited the ruins with my parents and sister in July this year. It was an easy trip from Hawker, and well signposted. My parents are in their 70s, and this was a very accessible place for them.
There is a nice stopping point at the top of the ruin so you can take a photo of the entire site. There is plenty of parking in the main site, and the ruins are extremely interesting.
This is free to enter, and there are information boards for each of the different buildings. Across the creek there is a little cemetery that is really interesting and it is worth remembering that this is there.
If you continue up the road, there’s also the ruins of the Woolshed. This was also a really interesting place and a nice little walk.
There are no amenities, such as toilets but you are not too far from Hawker or Quorn - about 50 minutes to each town.
The history of this place was fantastic, and well worth a visit. We stayed there for over an hour wandering around and taking photos.
