I had an incredible dive trip with Aqua TCI during the very busy Christmas and New Year’s season, and I can’t say enough great things about the entire experience.
From the very beginning, Stephanie was unbelievably responsive and accommodating. Despite the holiday rush, she worked with me promptly and professionally to help secure the dives I was hoping for—her communication alone set the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable adventure.
Once on the water, the whole Aqua TCI team shined. They run a smooth, safe, and welcoming operation that instantly puts you at ease. But the real highlight for me was diving with Luiza, who is truly a remarkable instructor and guide. Her passion for teaching new and developing divers is obvious in every moment—she balances safety, skill-building, and genuine enthusiasm in a way that makes every dive both comfortable and exciting. You can tell she sincerely loves what she does, and it elevates the entire experience.
And of course… the marine life did not disappoint! We were treated to a spectacular variety of sightings—turtles, sharks, rays, and so much more. Each dive felt like stepping into another world, and Luiza’s knowledge of the sites and the wildlife added so much depth to the experience.
If you’re planning to dive in Turks & Caicos, especially during peak times, I can’t recommend Aqua TCI highly enough. From Stephanie’s fantastic support to the expert and enthusiastic guidance from Luiza and the whole crew, it was truly a standout trip. Look forward to getting out again...maybe French Cay next time!
