My wife and I wanted to leave the highest possible praise for the team at American Yacht, specifically for Justin and Lindsay, who took us out on November 2nd. The experience they provided was nothing short of exceptional—truly the gold standard for a personalized harbor excursion.
From the moment we stepped aboard, Justin and Lindsay made us feel welcomed, safe, and completely relaxed. Justin's professionalism and knowledge of the waters were evident in his smooth, confident navigation. We were able to fully relax and enjoy the beautiful late-season views.
What made the trip truly unforgettable was the incredible wildlife adventure they curated. Lindsay's vast knowledge of all the sea creatures was phenomenal. She was extremely helpful, pointing out and explaining everything we saw, including an awesome sea turtle, a very cool nurse shark, and some lobsters tucked away in a nice little cove. Lindsay’s excitement was contagious, and she could always be counted on to get in the water—often before us—because she genuinely wanted to show us all the cool things she spotted!
Both Justin and Lindsay were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, creating a genuinely fun and engaging experience. They operated as a seamless, dynamic duo, and their dedication transformed our boat trip into a perfect, personalized day on the water.
