点评：Avoid this car park at all costs! Alliance parking are virtually criminals. The car park has cameras and entirely unreasonable regulations. There is no grace period at all. They do not consider individual points raised in an appeal for the imposition of unreasonable parking charges. They send a blanket response which does not address the points raised, stating they can’t write an individualised letter. It’s just a standard bully tactic to get you to give in and pay. They cite their signage, which you have to enter the car park to read, if you are not to cause an unsafe obstruction on the road, as implicit agreement to a contract. That the time starts immediately upon entry giving you no time to read the signage on the machine. Then , they say you have a ‘reasonable’ time to leave if you do not consent to the contract but of course they don’t specify what reasonable is. In theory, if you entered buy could not park you would still be liable to pay. They just try to bully you into paying their fees. I entered the car park, did it leave my car, was fined £60 for 13minutes because the App was buffering and the payment would not go through so I left - I would say that is pretty ‘reasonable’.
