点评：Staffing levels inadequate for amount of hotel guests. The bar is manned by one sometimes two members of staff and the que builds up over ten deep and its the same at all bars. All inclusive it is but what they're not doing is keeping the guests happy especially with world cup games showing, we are not big drinkers but don't expect to waste our holiday at the bar. The hotel has the stupid rule of no guest allowed around or in the pool before 8 am which I've never come across in any of my previous holiday vacations and many people love a morni g swim before the children arrive with their balls and whatnots and the rule of no reservation of sunbeds is not enforced by staff. This hotel seems to have forgotten that people have paid good money and its their holiday so need to relax some of the silly rules and increase staff levels. Food is OK but you can immediately tell the food is being recycled in other dishes from previous meal times. Good points are if you like ice cream then its self serve like the soft drinks and plenty to do for the children although at times left unattended and probably need adult attendance. Solid 7 out of ten but could be excellent with a few tweaks.
