点评：I visited Wine Loves Chocolate on a Sunday. The employee was warm and welcoming, and her customer service was top-notch. I took the Choco-Vino Challenge, a wine and chocolate pairing course. The pairing and wine flight was beautifully plated, and the truffles were works of art.
I learned so much about pairing wine and chocolates- which flavor combinations work best, why wine can taste awful with certain desserts and how to avoid that, and why certain wines pair well with specific dessert flavors. This is valuable information for anyone who entertains guest or serves wine with food, for anyone who has a glass of wine with dinner and wants to enjoy it with dessert, and for those who like having tidbits of knowledge to share with others. This information will serve me well for both at-home dining and planning the menu for guests.
In the shop. the truffles were well-stocked ad beautifully displayed, and the store's atmosphere is photo-worthy, especially the cozy table near the window.
