Really nice Nature Park, BUT poor service in cafe.

点评：This is an excellent country park - well looked after, nice visitor centre, good parking and great signage (especially the signs showing the different birds to be seen at the location).
The actual visitor centre is excellent, with brilliant views from the top (easily reached via a "spiral" walkway), BUT the approach by one of the staff in the cafe, left much to be desired. (More worrying is that this problem has been mentioned several times before in reviews).
Some items on the menu have a portion size of 2 (such as crumpets), thus it easy with a group to order something different from what you actually want. Given this happened the lady was approaching rude, saying "you haven't paid for x", meanwhile her colleague took a different approach and sorted it out (quickly and politely).
