点评：The spa front desk and scheduling had issues. The day before my massage was scheduled I received a text message stating that my provider would not be available. I was given options to reschedule which I did. Then the day of my original appointment I received a phone call stating that I was late for appt. I let them know the time that my appointment had been rescheduled to. They were not aware of this and couldn’t accommodate it at that time. My appointment then got rescheduled to a different day. When I went in for my appointment at that time, they stated that my preference for a female provider was not noted, even though I had noted it during all these multiple changes. So in order for them to accommodate me to have a female provider I had, my appointment changed from a massage 90min to a 60 minute.
Very frustrating was supposed to be a relaxing experience at the spa. The front desk did not accommodate or apologize for all the inconveniences. Each person at the front desk seemed unaware of the previous contact I had. I expressed my frustration to my family and friends who were there with me. They then proceeded to not go to the spa during our visit at the cloister due to this.
