From Amsterdam to Switzerland via Viking Cruise

点评：We arrived in Amsterdam 2 days prior to our cruise. My partner booked us at a hotel/hostel. I would advise: let an experienced travel agent give you advice and suggestions. I cannot remember the name of the place but I was very disappointed with them. I will say the location had a great Spanish restaurant for Holland. We had dinner there twice. It was very close to our hotel.
Then we went on a fabulous River cruise on Viking Cruise Line. We got on the boat in Amsterdam and cruised up the Rhine River to Basel Switzerland. We made several port stops. They were perfectly arranged by the Viking Concierge, James. He was very polite and friendly. He had great suggestions.
The food was five star gourmet food. We had excellent wait staff, who attended to our specific food selections.
The state rooms were adequate in size. We had a refrigerator and a beautiful balcony to sit and relax. The housekeeping staff were considerate and spotlessly cleaned the room.
After this amazing cruise, I will only cruise with Viking.
