We are writing to express our deepest gratitude for the unforgettable three-day journey you provided through the Amazon Rainforest and surrounding regions. It was truly the experience of a lifetime — one that we will cherish forever.
From the very beginning, Angel welcomed us not just as visitors, but as family. His warmth, kindness, and infectious joy made us feel immediately at ease. It was clear from the start that he not only loves what he does, but that he loves his country and its people — and that passion came through in every moment of our adventure.
We were especially moved by the opportunity to meet local families who still live according to the traditions of their ancestors. It was a rare and beautiful window into a way of life that is both rich and deeply rooted. Hiking up El Cotopaxi was equally extraordinary — a breathtaking experience, both literally and figuratively — and one made even more meaningful by Angel’s deep knowledge of the mountains and volcanoes.
Whether we were savoring potato soup atop El Cotopaxi, enjoying snacks and stories in the car, or standing in awe at the base of the powerful Diablo waterfall in the heart of the rainforest, Angel made every experience personal and memorable. His ability to connect with people — and seemingly know everyone along the way — added a layer of authenticity and warmth that truly set this journey apart.
