Sorry to email again but this is the second time I have complained.
I have been coming to 2riversmeet for the baby/toddler swim for 16 months and the instructor Emma is amazing but unfortunately it is let down by the state of the facilities.
Thursday 28th February at 10am is the worst i have seen the women's changing rooms. Sticky food on the floor along with clumps of hair everywhere, manky wet tissue littering the toilets and no soap in the only soap dispenser. Overflowing nappy bins and bits of rubbish floating in the childrens pool. Leaking roof dripping dirty rainwater into the pool and lockers not working. Whole center needs a complete renovation but the changing rooms are vile. I have complained twice and nothing was done.
The day after my child swam in the pool he got conjunctivitis so I will not be returning which is a shame because the teacher is so good it's the only thing keeping me there.
