点评：My wife and I had an amazing shopping experience at Covens Cottage this past Wednesday. I’d been waiting several years to be able to make it here, and it was worth the wait! The two male staff on duty at the time were so welcoming, kind, patient with us and incredibly helpful. As a Nordic-Celtic witch, this is the ONLY shop in Salem that had what I was looking for. Spent easily over 30 mins in here because they had so many things that my spirit guides and deities wanted me to get, that I can’t get anywhere else in Salem nor have I been able to find in NY for that matter. I usually have to source my Magickal ingredients (bones, furs, etc) from a variety of non-witchy places and so it was nice to just walk into a witchy shop and they actually have the stuff I need and want, and my dollars go into a fellow witches pocket instead of random people who may or may not actually believe in or support what I do! I also appreciate this store’s no phone use rule because there’s nothing worse than being in a magickal space and trying to be lead by my spirit guides just to be randomly rudely interrupted by someone starting a FaceTime call to try to show someone else what the store has (this happened in several other Salem witch shops who didn’t have the no-phone policy) or someone taking pictures for instagram like it’s some sort of spectacle instead of the sacred space that Covens Cottage is. Thank you to Covens Cottage for existing and I wish your store and your family many more years of peace, prosperity, health and love! I look forward to coming back in the fall to winter for more magickal delights!
