Great zip-line experience; customer service before and after was lacking.

点评：*The zip-lining was great. The guides were helpful and nice.
*The pictures were pretty bad. I'm glad the guides put safety over photography, rather than the other way around.
*Wearable merch was close to nothing (1) for small sizes and nothing was marked for price. One sign with items/prices at the register or on a wall, would be a big help, especially when no staff are available to ask.
*Timing - We made our reservation. The day prior, we were told to come 30 min later. We got there on time and had to wait 45 min before we could even get started with our equipment (late arrival of prior group). Then, after 3-4 runs, we had to wait for another group to go ahead of ours. There was a lot of waiting around.
