Mixed Experience: Beautiful Course, Poorly Run

点评：The high ropes course itself is absolutely beautiful, it winds through the trees and finishes with a spectacular zip wire soaring over the river and rapids. Our kids (10, 11, and 13) had an amazing time on the obstacles and loved the adventure.
Unfortunately, the way it was run left us with very mixed feelings. There were only three staff members for the whole course, and supervision was minimal. We found ourselves having to guide and monitor the kids through what is, at times, quite a dangerous activity.
At one point our son trapped his finger in the zip wire carabiner and my husband had to climb up to help him. Another time he got stuck, and when I sought out a staff member, the response was slow and not very engaged. The course took about two hours, during which we were standing in the hot sun, repeatedly shouting reminders to the kids not to unclip both carabiners. At one point our son did, and we were left with our hearts in our mouths while he stood unsecured on a high platform.
To make matters worse, the staff came across as rude and unprofessional. One man sat in the shade, grunting and shouting at people, showing little friendliness or care until it was time for the big zip wire. Another member of staff with long hair was overheard saying in Italian, “who put those geniuses up there” in a sarcastic tone about our children… not realising my husband is Italian and understood every word.
It’s a shame, because the setting is stunning and the course itself is excellent. But the lack of proper supervision and the attitude of the staff made what could have been a wonderful family experience feel stressful and, at times, unsafe.

这很遗憾，因为这里的环境很棒，滑索本身也很棒。但缺乏适当的监管和工作人员的态度，让原本可以成为一次美好家庭体验的活动变得压力重重，有时甚至不安全。
