点评:We walked by the small museum on our way back to town after visiting the Lion Monument and were intrigued by their advertisement. We entered the café where we bought our tickets at the bar and were directed to walk through a sliding glass door at the back of the café. We were transported to a series of tired painted depictions of famous alpine locations. But the museum had its charms as you could imagine the wonder that others experienced here when it was harder to see these places in person. There were some interesting old climbing artifacts and pictures and endearing stuffed animals about. This is a throwback to another time that is worth a quick visit with that in mind. And, the café stores some of their supplies just below the windows and out of sight and its kind of fun to see an employee picking up a case of drinks to bring back to the café who sheepishly duck down out of sight when they see that there are actually customers looking at the tableau.
