Gordon Castle Walled Garden的点评
点评：I recently attended Gordon Castle for an afternoon tea with family to celebrate a birthday and was extremely disappointed. The quality of the bakes were extremely poor - certainly not fresh and when we brought it to the staff attention initially - they said they had no alternative and offered to heat the rock hard scone. The scones were inedible whether warm or cold!
We mentioned this again when settling the bill and were dismissively told “they aren’t to everyone’s taste”
I struggle to believe they would be to anyone’s taste! They then stated that they couldn’t offer any reduction in price - fine - I can understand this, but the attitude of the staff failing to acknowledge the poor quality is not what I would expect
To add to this the venue was cold and we didn’t find the staff very attentive.
Overall opinion: If you are going to open on the 3rd of January and provide a service I suggest ensuring you can fulfil that service!
