Disappointing, poor service

You pay for a 3 hour cruise, our cruise lasted 2hrs 20 mins and the crew blamed it on the weather. While this may be true there was no attempt by the Captain to slow the cruise down or the cost of the cruise be amended based on missing 40 mins of what we had paid for. We felt short changed.
We raised this with Siobhan on board who was incredibly sarcastic and unempathetic, she even went as far to go 'what do you want me to do, stop the boat' and 'how many times do you want me to say sorry'. Her level of customer service fell well short of expected.
To compound the short cruise, lunch was served at 11.50am, a mere 10 minutes after we set off. This meant that the vast majority of the cruise was sat inside. The food was below average and it isn't cheap - it is not value for money.
While the weather was beautiful and there are lovely sights to take in, the real kicker was when we raised our concerns post our time on board with the team, we got an incredibly lackluster response from Kris. Kris was defensive and a bit of a smart alec in his response. We asked what compensation would be considered for missing 40 mins of the cruise we paid for and they completely ignored the ask and instead decided to school us on how tides work. He completely missed the point and rather than resolve the situation decided to be clever. Siobhan was passive aggressive and demeaning. If Kris and team knew the conditions would mean a change of plan, why did they not communicate this at any point during the cruise to manage expectations.
All in all, should be so easy to set right, but they failed again.
