Avoid This Place Like the Plague – Extremely Rude & Unprofessional

点评：I visited this establishment in September 2023 (posting as February 2024 as TripAdvisor doesn’t allow reviews from that far back). Unfortunately, this was one of the worst excursion experiences I’ve had.
After paying the owner (wearing the red t-shirt in the photos) for the horseback tour, we were taken out by a guide/instructor (wearing the green t-shirt in the photos), a young man in his late teens/early 20s. From the start, his attitude was condescending, rude, and completely unprofessional. Rather than teaching in a respectful way, he was disrespectful and dismissive, making the experience uncomfortable.
At the halfway point by the sea, his behaviour escalated, he became even more rude, disrespectful, and even threatened to fight us when we pointed out his unprofessionalism. This was all in front of my 9-year-old niece, who was with us on the tour. The fact that he was behaving this way in front of a child speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism.
Feeling unsafe, we decided to cut the tour short and return. When we got back and reported the issue to the owner, rather than addressing our concerns, he was just as rude and dismissive. Despite everything, he refused to give a full refund and only offered a partial refund after much back and forth.
He then told us that we could call a certain number to get more of a refund, but when we did, he hung up on us and then ignored our calls. This made it clear that the "refund process" was just a way to get rid of us.
Between the disrespect from both the instructor and the owner, the lack of professionalism, and the unsafe environment, I strongly advise anyone considering this tour to stay far away.
(I have also attached photos showing the date and location as proof of when this happened, with Westmoreland being the parish where they are based.)
