Disgusting behaviour from Beach Club and Restaurant staff!!!!!

点评：Let me make ask one question - why is it ok for your staff to send gone off watermelon that stinks like sewage at your Hemingway Restaurant as a “melon platter” and the when sent back to be told by one of your waiters that the watermelon was “old” and that he knows it was? Then when my daughter was eating a packet of crisps brought FROM YOUR MARKET AT YOUR HOTEL I was told it wasn’t allowed by your rude aggressive staff? Telling me rules are rules? My daughter is 3 years old…. We have already spent a lot of money on our 2 night stay and to be treated like this is unacceptable.
Mustafa the F&B manager - the rude one…. Please go and learn how to speak to customers…. Your attitude is disgraceful!
It’s not like the crisps were brought in from outside it was brought from inside the hotel. I advise these rules are checked and clarified because you welcome children but act like an adults only hotel which you are not!
We checked out a day early as we were worried he was going to contaminate our food as he took it upon himself to watch us walk away and make a phone call. Absolutely disgusting!
The hotel did not care about the fact that we spent nearly £1,000 alone on massages and food there in the only day that we were there! They weren’t interested in anything we had to say…
No refund offered and only an apology as there was no manager to speak to in the summer!
However, the Front Desk staff were amazing. Thank you to Hazal and Muzaffer for all your help and your hospitality. It’s a shame it was let down by the beach club and restaurant staff.
