Not enjoyable, very disappointing

点评：Very disappointing experiences here , I was 9 months pregnant and had my two children aged 7&10 there to play , they weren’t permitted entry to the dress up area without me which was frustrating as I was unable for the stairs , we spent €25+ on food and drinks which when consumed was quickly cleared from the table and as we were preparing to leave whilst being frog marched out, my son asked for a drink which I gave him from my bag , the manger rudely shouted at me that this was not allowed, we quickly left and had not returned until 6 months later when I brought their new sibling for her first time. Me and my daughters aged 6 months and 10 years were in the baby area enjoying the first experience of the slide and toys when a staff member rudely shouted that my 10 year old daughter had to leave the area as she was too old , when I explained she was playing with her sister I was told it was one adult to one baby and again she was told to leave. I can assure we will not be returning to experience such strict rules, rudeness and unrealistic expectations from the management at a child’s play centre. I think they have lost all sense of what child’s play is and have ruined what should be enjoyable experiences for all who attend.
