点评：DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with my niece and nephew (both aged 13) here. We visited with 4 other kids, 1yr old, 2 year old 10 year old and 11 year old.
Despite being well within a reasonable age range to enjoy your facilities, my niece and nephew were refused entry on the basis of their age. I was informed by staff that the age limit was strictly enforced. However, it was plainly obvious that older children – some of whom were clearly around 16 years old – had been allowed in without issue. When this inconsistency was pointed out, your staff simply stated that those individuals “must have lied about their age,” which somehow made it acceptable in your view. The 13yr olds were there to help us with the younger kids.
This raises serious concerns about the integrity and fairness of your entry policy. If the enforcement of age restrictions is based on who lies successfully at the door, rather than on clear, consistent rules applied equally to all patrons, then your policy is not only ineffective but fundamentally unfair and discriminatory.
To make matters worse, the 'manager' on duty was extremely rude and dismissive throughout our interaction. Instead of engaging in a respectful and solution-focused conversation, they were abrupt, condescending, and entirely unwilling to listen or explain the rationale behind the inconsistent decisions. This lack of basic customer service and professionalism is unacceptable, particularly in a facility intended for children and families.
I would love to know how you intend to address the conduct of your 'manager', whose behavior fell well below professional standards but given the other reviews I see that this establishment doesn't rate highly with professionalism.
Frankly, no one should waste their time or money at a place that treats customers this poorly and operates under such arbitrary and unfair practices.
