Underwhelmed compared to previous years
The Sandringham Estate的点评
点评：LUMINATE at Sandringham .
We have been every year since it started and this year we were somewhat underwhelmed. My 5yr old grandson enjoyed it ,but wasn't as engaged as previously years . There seemed to be more strobe lighting and random dark areas .
We missed the field of lights that are usually there as well .
The best parts were probably the hanging lights , reindeer field and light tunnel .
My grandson enjoyed the musical interactive areas too . The baby enjoyed watching the lights in some areas but fell asleep ..lol
There seemed to be a lot less stewards this year as well but the ones we encountered were chatty and helpful .
Our ticket package included 1 disabled child , 1 disabled adult , a carer and an under 2 , so we hadn't paid the full family price . Had we of paid the full advertised price i think we would have been disappointed.
The food and drink prices are very high but we don't tend to bother anyway.
We heard a lot of people expressing disappoitment , and it did not seem as busy as previous years .
Please can someone try and ensure more visible road signs are on the roads from nearby areas, it is still very hit and miss!
Overall , yes we would go back because we go every year as part of our pre christmas celebrations .
But could it be better ? Most definitely.
