Good but with problems that need to be addressed

点评：Spent two nights at the Park Royal and in the main had an enjoyable stay.Staff all super friendly and polite,bar staff and restaurant staff extremely accommodating to our needs.Check in and checkout extremely efficient. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a large assorted good quality product.
The biggest let down for the hotel was the room We were in room 121,with windows facing a flat roof that contained all the air conditioning units(noisy).Room quite dated and choice of tea/coffee was poor quality for the price of the room.The room(double) for two people only contained one bath towel on both nights,but the biggest problem was the sink.This did not drain at all and every use produced a sink full of grimy used soapy water which took an age to drain away.On the whole a good standard hotel but let down by the room at the prices charged.
