Spa at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Westerwood的点评
点评：Visited the hotel for an overnight spa break with a friend. Staff were all so lovely and welcoming. Hotel rooms and leisure facilities outdated unlike in the pictures advertised. The room we stayed in was dark and dingey, the bathroom was in need of a major facelift, grout in shower had a lot of black mould spots as well as around the sink. The leisure facilities looked tired, I counted numerous missing mosaic tiles around the pool area. Changing rooms floors were quite dirty and there were various lockers out of service. The towels given to us at the leisure reception were badly discoloured and looked fit for the bin. Restaurant area was ok but the chicken tikka masala tasted like a microwave meal, I certainly wouldn’t have payed £19.50 for it if it wasn’t included in the break. Noise level coming from the kitchen was ridiculous. The rooms at the spa were basic, bed wasn’t heated nor was there any heated blankets on the bed, first time I’ve been to a spa without heated beds. Rooms felt cold when you walked in and on departure I noticed a small mood light in the room which looked like it had been purchased from Temu. I’m not usually one to write reviews, especially negative ones, but I was pretty disappointed with my visit to the Westerwood.
