Disappointing spa - not all facilities working

点评：We booked a spa day at Telford resort & spa. Great value for money at £49, including a treatment. However, the spa wasn't to the standard that I'd expect. The hot beds were broken. I mentioned it to a member of staff & she said 'they're broken, there's always something.' No apology. We were so disappointed, we struggled to warm up in the spa, the pool was too cold, so we left early as there was a very loud child having a swimming lesson in the pool about 3:30. That didn't make for a relaxing time & very unfair for those who'd booked a spa day to relax. The lunch was lovely, but front of house hostess told us about being tired, which we found unprofessional. We won't be back, I'd recommend booking another spa with all the facilities working. A lady in the changing room said she'd raise these issues (also bought up by other guests) to the owner, as management don't seem to be listening.
