Kids will be at your spa day...

点评：I'm a member of the gym/pool etc...
I joined on a deal and very unsure whether to renew.
A few points
1. Most importantly - KIDS...people on spa days don't want to hear kids screaming/playing rugby taking up half the pool/jumping in at the deep end and no one wants to hear "I did a wee" In the pool from a child...
So if your booking a spa day....there are kids and often the parents aren't in the pool but in the steam/sauna room.
2. Floor/wall tiles are cracked in family changing room.
3. Pool of water just sat outside the pool door....smells stagnant.
4. Constantly dirty towels piled in the changing rooms on the benches.
5. Other people locking the communal family changing area.
6. Beds on the side of the pool have lose pieces of wicker that dig into you.
7. Hot beds don't work and no sign of them being fixed.
8. The carpet is filthy.
I really want to love this place as its so close and convenient!
But It needs lots of work to be classed as "luxurious"...
