点评：I had the pleasure of booking a 50-minute ELEMIS Expert Deep Tissue Tension-Ease Massage followed by a 25-minute Shoulder, Neck and Scalp Massage, and Stacey was phenomenal from start to finish. She has an exceptional touch-firm, precise, and deeply relaxing. The deep tissue massage was just what I needed to release built-up tension, and she intuitively focused on all the right areas. The shorter neck and scalp session afterwards was the perfect way to wind down: soothing and refreshing.
Stacey was professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled. I walked out feeling like a new person. Highly recommend her if you're looking for real results and true relaxation. Will definitely be coming back!
Moving on to the spa. The area itself was beautifully maintained and peaceful, with a relaxing atmosphere that made the entire visit feel like a true escape. My only suggestion would be to add more heated loungers or hot chairs, as there weren’t quite enough during peak times. That said, everything else was excellent, and I’ll definitely be back!
Afternoon tea was a lovely treat—freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and served with a smile. Emily, who looked after us, was warm, attentive, and made the experience feel really special. The sandwiches were tasty, the scones were warm and fluffy, and the cakes were delicious
