点评:I went as a mother and daughter day trip as a special treat for my mother's birthday. I booked both of us in for 2 x 25 minute treatments. Sadly my first 25 minute foot treatment started 5 mins late, they were still tidying and setting up the room when I went in and so the actual treatment started 10 minutes late. They went up to 11:30 to give 20 mins. I was booked to have to change therapists and rooms for my second treatment whereas my Mum was able to stay in the same room with the same therapist - this minimised the relaxation process for me. The other therapist also started the actual treatment 5 mins late and finished at 11:50 so I got two 20 minute treatments. My second treatment was supposed to be back, shoulder and scalp but she only massaged top of my chest, shoulders and scalp - SO strange to be massaging the top of my chest but I felt uncomfortable and didn't feel able to say anything in the moment. I complained to the manager who didn't get back to me for another two hours whilst I was still in the spa and said it wasn't their fault that I had to change rooms for treatments (blamed it on the central booking system?) and he also said the second therapist said she didn't realise I was late for the first treatment but that she thinks she did the full time allocated for my second. The manager basically accused me of lying about timings then gave me a gift bag of elemis testers as a goodwill gesture. I also had the chicken salad for lunch which was incredibly dry and tough so I couldn't eat it. My Mum did really like Yolanda the therapist who gave her treatments. Please do not spend your hard earned cash here - they don't care about customer service and your experience!!!!
