Don’t bother!Find a real spa!

点评：We attended as spa guests … booked through spa breaks.com. Which included use of the spa facilities, a 25 min treatment and a light lunch with a glass of Prosecco.
On arrival the spa reception was very unenthusiastic, no information was given about the spa facilities, we were given massive robes and poor quality towels and pointed to the changing rooms being told to come back to reception 5 mins before our treatment.
The female changing rooms were dirty and smelly,, not to the standard of a normal spa. Toilet door dragged across the ground an d lockers difficult to use as most of the blue arrows had work away!
The treatment was a 25min head, shoulder and back massage, both myself and my partner had the same. In my treatment the girl, although she was very nice, didn’t really touch my back and in my partners his scalp wasn’t touched at all! Quite disappointing! .
After our treatment we asked about lunch at reception they said ‘have you filled in a lunch form? Ummm no… not that the options were great… tomato soup or nothing followed by a salad with either cous cous or avocado… more on that later.
We took advantage of the very small swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna then got changed for lunch.
Lunch… we headed to the bar area as instructed.. to be served by a cocky 20 year old with horrendous customer service skills! After being showed to our table, nicely laid out with a white table cloth we ordered a bottle of water which he said ‘are you paying of that now???’ In a rude manner… I said no, add it to the bill and I will settle up after lunch.
A glass of Prosecco came followed by a ‘light lunch’ half a bowl of tomato soup, a semi cooked bread room and a salad… I’m not sure what happened to the other half of my chicken breast but it was the stingiest salad I have ever seen!
The spa was booked as a treat for me, however I’m sorry Cambridge Belfry, you need to pull your socks up!

理疗结束后，我们向接待处询问午餐情况，他们说“你们填了午餐单吗？”嗯，不行……其实选择也不算多……要么番茄汤，要么什么都不喝，然后是沙拉，配蒸粗麦粉或牛油果……这个以后再说。
我们尽情享受了小小的泳池、按摩浴缸、蒸汽浴室和桑拿房，然后换衣服去吃午饭。
午餐……我们按照指示去了酒吧区……结果却被一个傲慢的20岁小伙子招待，他的客服技巧简直糟透了！我们被带到了铺着白色桌布的餐桌旁，点了一瓶水，他粗鲁地问我：“现在付钱吗？？？”我说不付，算在账单里，午饭后再结账。
一杯普罗塞克起泡酒来了，接着是一顿“清淡午餐”，半碗番茄汤、一块半熟的面包和一份沙拉……我不知道我的另一半鸡胸肉怎么了，但这是我见过最吝啬的沙拉！
我预订了水疗中心作为一次享受，但是很抱歉剑桥钟楼，你需要打起精神来！
