Disappointing! Does not encourage us to recommend to our friends and family as things are at the moment.

点评:We tried a number of times on our journey to notify you that due to traffic chaos we would be arriving late for our dinner registration, but no one answered the phone. On arrival we found out why, you had a large conference going on. You therefore needed more staff on reception.
Fortunately your really helpful staff in the restaurant gave us leeway to register then go to our room to freshen up before having dinner - wonderful!
We tried to buy some crisps/snacks at the bar, but apparently you don’t have crisps and snacks - so where can we get them? Morrison’s was suggested - Not helpful!
Our room was clean, beds comfy with plenty of tea coffee etc. but when we used the phone to call reception/restaurant no one answered again!
The menu was sparse for dining. Breakfast on the Sunday was chaotic. Many of us had to wait at least 10-15 minutes for all the options to be replenished.
The spa was great for us although more beds are needed.
