I do not recommend as a relaxing Spa Day.

点评：This did not feel like a spa day. The pool had a total of 2 loungers to sit on. The jacuzzi had a sign stating it is on for 7 minutes and off for 7 minutes automatically. The jacuzzi ran for 4 minutes and then turned off each time. We raised this with staff to be told manger is in a meeting. This did not change for the rest of the duration. Part of the small pool was sectioned off for a child's swimming lesson.
You had to 'upgrade' to get anything to wear on your feet. When I have paid £130 each for a spa day I did not expect this. The treatments were lovely but the staff gave us the wrong information for what we were entitled to choose from their list of treatments. They wanted to charge me an additional £10 for the treatment I wanted which was advertised on the website as part of the package I purchased. Once I showed them this I could have the treatment at no extra cost. The lunch was lovely.
Would I recommend this as a Spa Day? definitely not! There are better ones out there.
