点评：We arrived for our arranged spa day yesterday and were somewhat disappointed with our experience.
I was contacted 4 days prior to arrival, to ask if I minded one of our treatment appointments being changed to an alternative time, and after explaining that we had a 1.5 hour journey I said I would prefer not. I was told that they would ask other visitors and our timings would not be affected.
On arrival, the first thing we were told was that one of our treatments had been moved from 11 o' clock to 1 o' clock. This meant that we would spend a little over 2 hours alone, on a spa day where we supposed to relax and enjoy each other's company in a feel good environment.
The treatments themselves were very good and we have no complaints, regarding these at all.
The facilities, at the spa, are mediocre at best. There are doors missing/hanging off in the changing rooms and these facilities were not the cleanest I've seen either.
The pool/relax area is very small. Pool approx 10-15 metres in length, jacuzzi only big enough to fit 4 people in comfortably, unless you're happy rubbing up against someone else, sauna only big enough to accommodate 5 people comfortably and the steam room (which was no larger than the sauna) was locked, awaiting repair.
All in all not the best spa day we have experienced and I would seriously consider looking elsewhere
