OK, but rooms need a good clean in my opinion.

点评：The hotel was very quiet as we stayed just after new year (when the hotel had been closed) as a result, I was optimistic we'd get a decent room.
We stayed in room 157. Initially all seemed ok, but i noticed that the carpet was threadbare in several places over by the heater. And over the course of our stay, i found several moths. It was evident there was a carpet moth infestation. If that was one of the better 'executive' rooms, I dread to think what the others are like. When we checked out, we weren't asked if we'd enjoyed our stay but I felt I should contact them to make them aware of the issue. I emailed twice, only to be completely ignored. Not even a, thanks so much for taking the time to make us aware...etc.
It's a shame really as the hotel does have some positives...evening meal, for example, was nice with a good selection of choice.
