点评：I was a member of the spa at Hellidon Lakes but gave up my membership because of the dirty surroundings. I was told that a new team was brought in to clean and it will all change. Well it had to as all the spa staff left!. I then decided to try the membership again but cancelled it again as nothing changed. They have nice facilities but there is always something not working like the rock salt sauna that was out of action for months, then one of the steam rooms broke down. The floor in the ladies changing room is always soaked from the showers which leaves dirty stagnant water sitting on the carpet which can cause cross contamination and looks and smells awful. You also walked through a wet carpeted area which they try to squeegee back into the overflowing pool. There is a poster in the ladies locker room asking people to return the locker keys to reception but the only problem is that they changed all the lockers to be digital months ago so obviously no member of staff even looks around to notice the poster is so out of date and take it down. I have never seen the loungers wiped down and the glass on the sauna is filthy. This place needs a serious clean to keep it functioning. I think if the council health officer went in to inspect the place would be closed down. I did try calling them to discuss this matter but no one would talk and was told to e mail but again they won’t answer.
