A decent spa but improvements needed

点评：We visited the spa as we had it included as part of an overnight stay booking. We had booked a two hour slot and went down just before to check in. There weren't any staff to welcome us, so we had to wait around 10 mins before someone came over.
We were given our wristband for the lockers but no further info on where the robes and towels were. We managed to find towels by the changing rooms but no robes, so went back to reception desk, where we waited for around 10 mins and no-one arrived. We went upstairs to the bar and thankfully, a member of staff from the bar gave us some robes. By this time, we were around 25 minutes into our slot.
Upon walking into the spa, we saw lots of loungers which looked available, but when we went closer, we say that people had left their towels and personal belongings on them all to reserve them when they were using the other spa facilities. This meant there was nowhere to sit and relax, which defeats the purpose of going to the spa. The other facilities, steam room, pool, sauna were great, but as there was no space to relax and sit down, we left before our slot came to an end.
In most spas I have been to, personal belongings must be placed on hooks ot taken with you. As there are only around 10 loungers, guests should not be allowed to reserve them. Some loungers had not had anyone sitting in them for the whole time we were there, but were reserved by entitled people while they spent hours using the other facilties. There were also some elderly people using the spa who didn't stay long as there were no loungers available.
Please consider having staff on hand to prevent this from happening.

请考虑安排工作人员在场，以避免这种情况发生。
